Are you a video blogger or a video that makes occasional videos?

If your answer is yes, then this post will prove to be very useful to you.

It's likely that you are using YouTube to upload videos. YouTube is actually the king of the video, however, once you have completed a video production, you should also look at YouTube to upload your videos.

By uploading videos to other uploading videos, you do not only increase your visibility, you are also adding extra branding for yourself and the brand, you are representing.

In this epic post, I am sharing a portion of sites like YouTube where you can upload any kind of original video. I would recommend making this a part of your video promotion strategy, especially now that internet bandwidth is getting cheaper, this technology will help you get more from your video content.

You can also upload already created videos to promote your online presence.

One important thing to do is: Keep your video titles and details ready. I usually keep them easy on Evernote and only copy/paste when uploading videos.

There is one more thing that you have to do (if you are not doing it yet) Adding an introduction and outdoors with each video you can use a site like Fever and a high-quality introduction/outro I can get it which will not cost more than $ 10- $ 20I have talked about this here earlier

Best Websites To Upload Videos Like YouTube For Extra Reach & Branding:

Facebook Page & Profile
Facebook page & profile

Once you upload it to YouTube, Facebook is the next place where you should upload your video.

Allowed sizes: 4 GB max.
Length of time: maximum 120 minutes (Source)
Permitted Size Exceptions: 1.75 GB
Caption text length: maximum 2200 characters
If you have a big video, you can divide it into 2-3 parts and then upload it. However, I believe that most bloggers who make videos have a length of fewer than 120 minutes.

A tool called TubeBuddy can basically publish YouTube videos to your Facebook page. I often use it to save time

Twitter Video
Twitter video
Twitter is another popular social networking site that supports video sharing.
You can either record a video or upload an existing video to Twitter. You can upload videos using the official Twitter app on iPhone or Android. You can also upload videos using the Twitter website.
  • Maximum Video Length: 2 Minutes 20 Seconds
  • Supported formats on mobile applications: MP4 and MOV
  • Supported formats on website: MP3 format with H.264 format
  • Upload size limit on website: 512 MB

If your video is more than 2 minutes 20 seconds long, you can always trim the video on the app before uploading it. Here are the official specs and support guides for uploading videos to Twitter.
Instagram Videos

Instagram videos
You can also upload your video to Instagram, but unlike other websites, the length of the video is very small, you can only upload a maximum of the 60-second video.
What you can do, create video teasers of your main video and post it on Instagram. You can add video links to your profile details and ask users to watch the entire video by clicking on the link. This is a bit of extra work, but the type of high-quality promotion you receive from Instagram is completely worth it.
Maximum length allowed: 60 seconds
Upload only using the mobile app
You are taking advantage of one more thing Instagram Live Video and stories on Instagram. You can tell people about your latest published video and drive more traffic to your YouTube channel.
Vimeo
Vimeo
Vimeo is another free video hosting site
They have free and paid plans, generally, they prefer to host their videos on brand Vimeo. I use Vimeo's payment plan to host videos for our membership site ShoutUniversity
To begin using Vimeo, you need to create a free account that offers 500MB per week to upload locations. You can upload up to 10 videos each day. However, they have strict rules about the commercial video, so that you should read their basic membership guidelines here.
For a blogger, there is no problem using the independent production company, writer, artist or non-profit, free plan.
An interesting thing about Vimeo is that you can upload videos directly using Dropbox, Google Drive, a drive, and box. I personally prefer the Dropbox feature to upload my video to Vimeo.

Dailymotion
Dalymotion
Deception is an old video sharing site that allows us to upload videos for free.
Maximum file size: 2 GB
Maximum Video Length: 60 minutes
Here are some more technical applications for delimitation.
Like Wahoo, Dailymotion also allows video embedding, so this is a good option for YouTube for video. Here you can see an example of one of my videos on Deception.
Another interesting thing to know about Delimitation is that you can also monetize your video as you can with YouTube. It adds another good option to make money for your videos.
According to my observation, there is a lack of scenes in delimitation, but then, if you are in a country where internet bandwidth is cheap, you should not stop it from uploading videos on Dailymotion.
Other websites where you can upload videos:
  • Flickr
  • Metacafe

There are more sites like Periscope where you can share live videos. There are ways in which you can broadcast the existing video as "live". However, it is out of the purview of this post. I will talk more about this good hack in the upcoming post.
If you have not yet uploaded your video to any other platform, then now you have different options from YouTube to get additional views.
Let me know: Are you uploading your video to any other video sharing platform? Which best do you like? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments below.
